Who Tam & Rob are for
Tam & Rob is a fairtrade clothing company for women who want ethical clothing that is designed to be trend led and individual.
Our formula is pretty simple: fashionable, tailored womenswear that uses organic and fairtrade fabrics. We make sure that all our producers are paid a fair wage and treated well, and we also offset all our carbon emissions, donate 10% of our profits to charity and generally make sure we treat our customers and suppliers with respect.
Tam & Rob donate 10% of their profits to fund projects in the UK, India and Nepal. This money will be used to fund lots of good things – all with an emphasis on creating a better and cleaner future. From investing in staff training and new machinery for our fairtrade suppliers, to community projects here in the UK, we will invest in projects that we think can make a real difference. We will start making donations just as soon as we start making profits – so if you’ve got some bright ideas about what we should donate to, then drop us a line. We hope to make our first grants sometime in 2008.

Tam & Rob also offer placements and work experience in fashion design, pattern cutting, office management, finance, marketing and PR. These placements are a great opportunity to build your CV or portfolio, whilst also having fun and learning new skills.
