The quickest way to order is directly from this site, just browse the collection and make your choice online. To place an order by phone call us on 020 7729 3280 at any time. For friendly personal service, call between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, please leave your name and number on our answer phone and we will call you back. SIZE GUIDE
To work out which clothes size is most suited to your figure it is best to take the following measurements. Make sure you take actual body measurements, not over your clothes.
• Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades.
• Waist: measure around the natural waist, the smallest part of the torso, keeping the
tape measure taut.
• Hips: stand with your feet together. Put the tape around the fullest part of your bottom
at the top of your leg, about 20cm (8”) below your natural waistline.
• Inside leg: measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to where the trousers
are normally worn on the shoes.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund. Complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery, and send it to us along with the unused item in its original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
